By booking an appointment with Brydge Ink for tattoos, permanent makeup, or laser tattoo removal, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We aim to be as fair and understanding as possible. We recognise that unforeseen circumstances happen and every reason for cancelling or rescheduling is valid. However, as a small business, missed appointments and last-minute changes have a significant impact. These terms apply equally to all circumstances, and we appreciate your understanding and support.

Booking Fees
To secure any appointment, a booking fee is required. The amount varies depending on the treatment and is deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment.
Booking fees are:
Required to secure your appointment slot
Non-refundable under all circumstances
Confirmation of your commitment to attend
Please ensure you are suitable for treatment and serious about attending before booking.

Cancellations
If you cancel your appointment, your booking fee will be forfeited unless it is transferred according to the rescheduling terms below.
If you are unsure whether you are suitable for treatment, please contact us before booking.
Examples include:
Being under 18
Pregnancy or breastfeeding
Existing permanent makeup
Certain medical conditions
Certain medications
If you book when unsuitable for treatment without checking beforehand, your booking fee may:
Be transferred to another suitable treatment
Be held until treatment becomes appropriate
Be forfeited

Rescheduling Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled according to the following:
More than 72 hours’ notice:
First reschedule: free of charge
Second reschedule: 50% of booking fee forfeited
Frequent rescheduling may result in loss of future booking privileges
Between 24–72 hours:
50% of booking fee forfeited
Less than 24 hours:
100% of booking fee forfeited
A new appointment must then be booked.
Where applicable, any retained booking fee amount will still be deducted from treatment costs on the new appointment date.

Complimentary Perfecting Session Rescheduling
For included 6–12 week touch-ups:
The above cancellation and rescheduling terms apply.
A £50 booking fee will be required to secure a new appointment, provided the appointment still falls within the eligible timeframe.
Outside of 12 weeks, normal pricing applies.

Messages & Working Hours
Business hours:
Monday–Saturday: 9:00am–5:00pm
Messages sent outside working hours will be considered received at the start of the next business day.
Example:
A message sent at 11:30pm Saturday will be treated as received at 9:00am Monday.
If you have contacted us regarding rescheduling and do not receive a response within 24 hours (excluding Sundays), please resend your message or contact us using another method.
Failure to attend without confirmation may be treated as a no-show.

Pregnancy Policy
If you become pregnant during treatment plans:
For legal and safety reasons, treatment cannot continue during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Appointments may be postponed until treatment is suitable again.
Booking fees remain non-refundable but can be transferred to a later, suitable date when given a minimum of 3 working days notice.
Any additional treatment required after extended delays may incur further charges.
For fine line tattoos, any retained booking fee can only be used toward the originally agreed tattoo design.
Changing designs or treatments will require a new booking fee.

No Shows & Repeated Rescheduling
Clients who repeatedly reschedule appointments and/or fail to attend without notice may be refused future bookings.

Tattoo Policies
Tattoo Booking Fees
Tattoo booking fees secure:
Your appointment date
Your appointment time
Your approved design
Changes to the agreed design or style require a new booking fee, and the original booking fee will be forfeited.

Design Changes
If a design is changed after drawing work has already been completed and the revised version requires less appointment time, the original quoted price still applies.

Redraws
Appointments include up to two design redraws.
Additional design work may incur additional charges.

Tattoo Forms
If a tattoo appointment is booked without completing the required tattoo request form, and we are unable to proceed, the booking fee will be forfeited.

Complimentary Tattoo Perfecting Sessions
(Excluding hands, feet, ankles, and behind-ear tattoos)
One complimentary perfecting session is included within 4–12 weeks of the initial appointment.
With more than 72 hours’ notice, one rearrangement may be made free of charge if still within the eligibility period.
Rescheduled touch-ups with less notice will require:
Up to 30 minutes: £20
Up to 1h hour: £50
These charges act as non-refundable booking fees.
Touch-ups requested after 12 weeks require assessment and a bespoke quote.

Areas Excluded From Complimentary Touch-Ups
Free touch-ups are not offered for:
Hands
Feet
Ankles
Behind the ear
Minimum charge: £30
Prices may increase depending on work required.
We reserve the right to decline touch-ups where they are unlikely to improve results regardless of the area.

Quotes remain valid for 6 weeks.
After this period, a new consultation or request form may be required.

Offers & Promotions
Only one offer, promotion, or referral discount may be used at any one time unless otherwise stated.
Offers:
Cannot be backdated
Must be applied at booking
Do not transfer to rescheduled appointments
May be withdrawn at any time

Referral Scheme
Brydge Ink offers referral rewards on selected treatments.
Permanent Makeup (PMU)
You (the existing client) will receive £20 off your next PMU treatment with a minimum spend of £90.
The person you refer must:
Be a new client
Have had no previous treatments with Brydge Ink
They will also receive £20 off their PMU treatment with a minimum spend of £90.

Laser Tattoo Removal
You (the existing client) will receive £10 off your next Laser Tattoo Removal treatment with a minimum spend of £60.
The person referred must:
Be a new client
Have had no previous treatments with Brydge Ink
They will also receive £10 off their Laser Tattoo Removal treatment with a minimum spend of £60.

Fine Line Tattoos
Unless otherwise advertised, fine line tattoo appointments are not included in the referral scheme.
Referral Terms
To redeem referral rewards:
The person referred must attend their appointment; referrals cannot be redeemed based solely on a booking being made.
Existing clients must have previously received the relevant treatment themselves.
Multiple referrals can be accumulated and kept on file.
Only one referral discount can be used per appointment.
Referral rewards cannot be combined with any other offers unless otherwise stated.

Lateness Policy
Please contact us if running late.
Late arrivals affect the day’s schedule and may result in:
Reduced treatment time
Rescheduling
Loss of booking fee
General guidance:
Up to 15 minutes: acceptable for appointments over 2.5 hours
Up to 10 minutes: acceptable for appointments around 1.5 hours
Appointments under 30 minutes have no allowance for lateness
Arriving late does not reduce treatment pricing.

Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers:
Are non-refundable
Are non-transferable
Must be used within 12 months
Can only be used by the named recipient
Can only be used at Brydge Ink
Appointments booked using vouchers remain subject to cancellation and rescheduling policies.
Applicable fees may be deducted from voucher value.

Due to space limitations, additional guests may result in treatment being unable to proceed.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact information remains up to date.

Photography & Recording
Clients may not film or photograph artists, technicians, or treatment procedures without prior permission.

Behaviour Policy
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate appointments where behaviour is abusive, threatening, inappropriate, or disrespectful.
No refunds will be provided in such circumstances.
We also reserve the right to refuse future bookings.
